I had an incredible stay at this luxurious forest retreat. The location, nestled in the foothills of beautiful mountains in the woods, provided the most breathtaking views I have ever seen. Everywhere I looked, there was natural beauty and tranquility. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and attentive housekeeping staff. I especially appreciated the grocery shopping service and the convenience of having everything I needed at my fingertips. The hotel also offered a shuttle service, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The hotel staff was helpful in arranging tours and providing information about nearby attractions. I particularly enjoyed the happy hour and the delicious meals served in the restaurant. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace to enjoy the stunning views. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and location.

The hotel is in a stunning location with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. We arrived late at the hotel but staff were able to provide us with a good meal in the restaurant.

Some of the rooms and facilities need refurbishment. The bar/lounge area can only accommodate 10 or a dozen people and so the atmosphere is rather lacking.

Very difficult to access. From main highway, a 30 minute drive over very narrow switchback roads, some of which are rutted dirt roads.

Beautiful and isolated location, surrounded by nature, with stunning views of the Umbrian countryside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor seating areas and swimming pool were well maintained and added to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

Some of the rooms were outdated and needed upgrading. The food at the restaurant wasn't always consistent, with some dishes being disappointing.

The room had things not working (sockets, fridge, shower was too hot and temperature could not be reduced - this was reported 3 times but nothing was done about during a 5 day stay!, bathroom was basic and would normally expect better towels and toiletries in a hotel costing this much and having chosen a deluxe room)

Outstandingly situated. Very quiet and beautiful. Food excellent and combination of swimming pool and fantastic views were good.

great hotel on a unique location, fantastic rooms

being so remote (about half an hour from Assisi up in the mountains) you have no other choice but to eat at the hotel and this time around it was somewhat disappointing (but not unsatisfying though)

Spending Christmas in the mountains was wonderful, and this hotel was the perfect retreat. the forest surroundings were breathtaking, and we saw some amazing wildlife. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed our walks in the beautiful surroundings, and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind.

The road to the hotel was quite narrow and winding, which was a little challenging. it was worth it for the amazing location.

We loved our stay! This hotel is situated high up in the mountains and located in a stunning nature reserve. The views from here are simply breathtaking. We were impressed with how clean this hotel is. Their breakfast was amazing, and the facilities were top-notch. We appreciated the polite and friendly staff. Also, the parking and transportation services were great.
